Andrew Bowyer
Founder + CEO - ADB Insights
Andrew Bowyer is the founder of ADB Insights – a Toronto based media and consulting company. ADB Insights convenes forums, workshops and digitally based platforms focused on innovation in the professional services sector across North America:
The Legal Innovation Forum , The Capital Markets Forum + The Canadian Estates Forum.
Andrew also provides consulting services for organizations’ business development, content and innovation strategies. He has also worked as an editorial consultant/writer for Bloomberg Law for projects focused on the US
legal market.
Andrew spent the first 13 years of his career in London and New York in various, globally focused roles at the Financial Times, Bloomberg and a strategy consulting firm focused on the global legal sector. He returned to Canada to set up ADB Insights in 2018.

Lucy Saddleton
Managing Editor
Lucy Saddleton is the managing editor at ADB Insights where she leads content development strategies across all platforms (events, online programs, roundtables and publications).
Lucy researches and writes articles and social media content to promote events and drive engagement to the Legal Innovation Forum platforms, and she engages and works with speakers for forums and webinars.
Prior to joining ADB, Lucy spent five years at Key Media where she worked as a writer and editor for Canadian Lawyer’s print and online publications. She also has experience producing business conferences and writing for business publications in Canada and the UK.

Mariana De La Torre
Strategy + Operations Manager
Mariana De La Torre is a Strategy + Operations Manager at ADB Insights, where they lead the design and execution of strategic initiatives across all Legal Innovation Forum platforms, including events, webinars, and digital content.
Blending a background in Art History with an MBA and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, they bring a unique mix of creative vision and analytical expertise to the role. Their work spans experiential marketing, data analysis, and project design—focused on building innovative solutions that drive measurable impact and engagement.

Sofia Paredes
Administrative Assistant
Sofia Paredes is the Administrative Assistant at ADB Insights, where she plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing communications, and facilitating collaboration across the team.
Sofia supports the CEO and team members, oversees daily office needs, and manages various administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
Prior to joining ADB Insights, Sofia worked as an accountant, a position that helped her develop a strong understanding of organizational processes and sharpen her problem-solving abilities. She is dedicated to delivering exceptional service, maintaining a keen attention to detail, and continuously streamlining workflows to drive improvement.

Mayte Blanchard
Strategy + Operations Manager
Mayte Blanchard is the Strategy + Operations Manager at ADB Insights where she leads the marketing, branding and client-based strategies across all forums, workshops and digitally based platforms.
Mayte manages all content to promote events and drive engagement to the Legal Innovation Forum platforms, and she engages and works with sponsors for forums and webinars.
Prior to joining ADB, Mayte spent six years working in marketing-driven roles at international companies, managing mass consumption products. She also has experience producing audiovisual media & conducting investigative research for social studies.

Martyna Raskob
Business Development Manager + General Counsel
Martyna Raskob is the Head of Business Development at ADB Insights where she is passionate about developing client relationships and executing strategic sales plans with our partners, Martyna regularly identifies new business opportunities, while staying ahead of innovative trends within the business, law, and technology industries.
Prior to joining ADB, Martyna obtained her law degree and master’s in law. She worked as a lawyer within multiple legal industries, gaining intimate knowledge of the rapid changes within the legal industry and the use of technology as a medium for advancement.
Martyna also has experience as a speaker and legal writer, having taught university level law classes and assisted professors on legal research projects.

Jacquie Rankin
Business Development Manager
Jacquie is a Business Development Manager at ADB Insights where she connects clients with our audiences through in-person events, workshops, webinars and round tables.
With a reputation for fostering strong client relationships and delivering impactful solutions tailored to the needs of her clients, Jacquie develops innovative marketing strategies, and identifies opportunities to amplify market reach. Grounded in a professional philosophy rooted in integrity, she thrives on creating meaningful partnerships that drive business success.
With over 25 years of experience in B2B media sales and sponsorship, most recently at Canadian Lawyer and Lexpert magazine + digital, Jacquie’s exceptional interpersonal skills and dedication to client collaboration have been instrumental in advancing individual client goals, as well as her career.
