The impact of alternative legal service providers (ALSPs) – accelerated by the disruption to the economy by COVID-19 – is increasing significantly. The remit of ALSPs is extensive. They advise law departments and law firms on optimising their strategy and structures – underpinned by tech-enabled service delivery tools. They also provide platforms that enable flexible staffing models, litigation process management, contract lifecycle management and other services. This 2 part webinar will focus specifically on how ALSPs are changing the legal landscape: the types of ALSPs in the Canadian legal market, the services they provide and what opportunities emerging are from their growing importance.
